Why we created EVEN.
We started EVEN with a bold goal, to create a place where women could grow careers that are ambitious, sustainable, and fully their own.
After years of designing leadership programs and online learning at scale, we knew what worked. But we also knew what was missing: a trusted community, flexible development that fits into women’s real life, and an unwavering belief in what women can achieve.
EVEN brings together an ecosystem of support, designed for women’s ambitions. It is designed to meet women where they are and take them where they want to go. It’s an inner circle of ambitious and successful women, it’s a community that champions them whilst providing strategies that enrich every part of their leadership, career and life.
Our vision is clear: We want more women in leadership, more women creating careers on their terms and more women living the life they want. This is the career platform women deserve, and the one we are building with and for them.
We won’t settle for less. We’ll only settle for EVEN.
