Rather than a one-off course or workshop, EVEN is a one-year membership that supports women to grow their careers, strengthen their leadership and navigate the realities of modern work and life.
Our approach recognises that career progression doesn't happen in isolation. Mid-career women are often balancing increasing responsibility at work alongside caring responsibilities, health and wellbeing, returning to work, financial planning and the many competing demands of life.
That's why EVEN combines career strategy, leadership development, coaching, expert-led masterclasses, a Personal Board of Directors and a supportive community of ambitious women. Together, they provide practical guidance, accountability and encouragement throughout the year.

Mentoring is valuable, but it usually relies on the experience and perspective of one or two people. EVEN Careers provides an ecosystem of support designed to help women grow throughout an entire year.
