  • EVEN Careers is a one-year leadership and career development membership for ambitious mid-career women. Delivered online across the APAC region, EVEN combines leadership development, career coaching, future-focused skills and a supportive peer network to help women navigate the realities of modern work and life. EVEN also works with organisations to strengthen leadership pipelines, retain talented women and create more inclusive pathways to leadership.

    Our approach recognises that career progression doesn't happen in isolation. Mid-career women are often balancing increasing responsibility at work alongside caring responsibilities, health and wellbeing, returning to work, financial planning and the many competing demands of life. 

    That's why EVEN combines career strategy, leadership development, coaching, expert-led masterclasses, a Personal Board of Directors and a supportive community of ambitious women. Together, they provide practical guidance, accountability and encouragement throughout the year.

  • Mentoring is valuable, but it usually relies on the experience and perspective of one or two people. EVEN Careers provides an ecosystem of support designed to help women grow throughout an entire year. 

    As an EVEN member, you don't just have access to one mentor. You learn from executive coaches, successful women, real-world experts and a community of ambitious peers, while building your own Personal Board of Directors through group coaching. 
    You'll also have access to live masterclasses, practical tools and frameworks, career guidance and future-focused skills that help you navigate leadership, career and life, not just a single conversation or perspective.
