lead with an innovation lens with dr julia lu
Most leaders treat innovation as someone else's job. It belongs to the R&D team, the startup founders, the people with "creative" in their title. The result is that good ideas stall and the work of finding better ways to create value gets left to chance.
Dr Julia Lu reframes innovation as a leadership capability: a mindset and a toolkit any leader can build, in any function, starting now.
