Meet EVEN Expert, Moran Baillie
Moran has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, along with extensive expertise in leadership, training, executive coaching, and mentoring, her mission is to empower businesses to thrive and professionals to flourish by increasing their confidence, influence, and income.
Moran migrated to Australia 20 years ago; what started as a gap year, turned into a life transition and the seed of her interest in transformation. Her interest has always been in human behaviour, human resources and the human experience in the workplace.
As a young woman, she lacked confidence (in herself), clarity (in her direction) or courage (to speak up) which eventually led her to the path of self-development and transformation. Bit by bit she freed herself from old stories and limiting beliefs and made empowering other women her passion and life mission.
As a mother of two, she does the juggling act that so many women do – blending roles and wearing many hats throughout the day.
