Ventia & EVEN partnership announcement

We’re delighted to share the news that EVEN is now Ventia’s strategic partner for gender. EVEN has been chosen to support women’s career progression, capability and confidence across Ventia.

The partnership reflects Ventia’s commitment to fairness, inclusion and respect, and to ensuring women have the support, opportunity and sponsorship they need to progress at every stage of their careers.

The partnership was launched during Ventia’s International Women’s Day Lunch & Learn, where Ventia colleagues from across Australia and New Zealand joined a conversation on gender equity and what meaningful progress looks like in practice.

Ventia’s Chief People Officer Jodie Blake said the partnership with EVEN reflects the organisation’s commitment to translating equity into everyday practice.

“At Ventia, equity isn’t just a discussion point - it’s embedded in how we think, lead and create opportunities across our organisation,” Blake said.

“Our partnership with EVEN is an important part of our commitment to fairness, inclusion and respect, supporting women’s progression, capability and confidence at every career and life stage.”

At EVEN, we are delighted to partner with Ventia as they continue to invest in the progression and success of women across their workforce. Real progress on gender equity happens when organisations move from intention to action. Ventia’s commitment to supporting women’s careers at scale is exactly the kind of leadership we hope to see more of here at EVEN.
