Meet EVEN Expert, Sarah Blackstone
Sarah Blackstone is an ICF credentialed coach and a specialist in impactful communication and sustainable leadership performance. Drawing upon an eclectic background that spans corporate consulting, leadership development, and creative practices, she partners with clients to co-create purposeful solutions that leverage human potential.
With a Master of Arts in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, Sarah has trained under some of the world’s leading voice practitioners. She layers this deep technical understanding of the human voice with senior experience in leadership and culture. She’s coached leaders internationally across a variety of industries, and led large scale programs for organisations such as Australia Post.
Sarah is particularly passionate about empowering women in leadership to navigate career transitions, sharpen their interpersonal integrity, and refine their leadership identity. Her approach supports women to navigate contemporary challenges with authentic conviction, helping them to ‘do well, be well, and lead well’.
Away from the corporate sector, Sarah has served as a Speaker Coach for TEDxMelbourne and is an established voice-over artist with a diverse portfolio of narrated titles available via Audible. Whether working with startup founders on investor-ready pitching or helping executives find their voice in high-stakes settings, Sarah’s aim is to empower people with the tools to be themselves: amplified, grounded and memorable.
