Imposter Phenomenon Sprint (2 of 2)

Pushing Back Against the Imposter

This session will take you from awareness to strategic intervention. Once you identify the imposter experience pattern as it works for you, you can start intervening.

This session introduces your Imposter Experience Cycle, a practical model that shows how capability, context, interpretation, and behaviour interact to produce recurring impostor experiences, thoughts and behaviours.

What you'll learn:

  • Map how the cycle might work for you

  • Identify personal triggers, predictable pressure points, and behavioural defaults

  • Learn how to spot early warning signs

  • Identify how to catch the experience before it fully lands

  • Consider pre-emptive personalised responses to impostor experiences

  • Examine how workplace systems, processes and structures unintentionally ‘fuel’ impostorism in the workplace

  • You'll move beyond insight into practical actions, determining what to do differently, when it matters.

Who this sprint is for:

  • Women who are tired of questioning themselves, and tired of coming up against imposter thoughts

  • Leaders who come up against structural barriers in progression

  • Women who want to explore the topic of confidence by asking some deeper questions, rather than explore quick fixes.
