Annette has had a 40-year career, with CEO-level roles at the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), MinterEllison, EY and the International Accounting Standards Board. She holds several non-executive director roles and was awarded an Order of Australia in the Queen's Birthday 2020 Honours list for significant service to business and to gender equality and inclusion.
Annette stepped down as CEO of VGCCC in March 2025 to focus on her non-executive director work - this conversation was recorded prior to Annette's retirement.
